Grafoil® Gasket Material

Flexible graphite was the first fluid sealing material made exclusively from pure, natural graphite flake and it was called Grafoil® . Its resistance to heat, fire, corrosion and aggressive chemicals make it the most universally applicable sealing solution on the market today. Like no other , GRAFOIL® products provide a tight seal after repeated exposure to the harshest environments.

GTB

Grafoil® homogeneous Standard Industrial Grade flexible graphite sheet with an oxidation/corrosion inhibitor and typically 98% carbon content. Its leachable Chloride content is less than 50 ppm. It is an ideal facing material for flat gaskets It contains no binders or resins. No binders or resins. Non-fibrous. Non-asbestos. Sulphur content <500 ppm. Compressibility: 43%. Recovery: 15%. GHL

Grafoil® flexible graphite laminate made from material typically 98.0% graphite. Leachable chloride typically less than 50 PPM. No binders or resins. Adhesive bond. Sulphur content < 500 ppm. GTA - Nuclear Grade

GRAFOIL® GTA flexible graphite is nuclear-certified and high-purity for use in nuclear applications. It is certified to meet the General Electric Nuclear Nonmetallic Material Specification D50YP12 (Rev 2).
The Temperature ranges on GTA are:
Oxydizing Atmosphere -400°F to 850°F and (-240°C to 450°C). Non-Oxidizing Atmosphere -400°F to 5400°F (-240°C to 3000°C)

GTS

GTS Thread Sealant paste. Made from nuclear grade graphite and a nuclear grade petroleum-based carrier. It provides lubrication and acts as a sealant over the long term. GTS will not harden or cure with time or temperature.
Great for high temperature applications to 1175 F.
